We estimate when items will ship based on information we’re receiving on a daily basis, and we regularly update this ship date or time frame on the website. While there are things outside of our control, and delays may occur, we always provide the latest information on all our products.
You may see current ship quotes that are longer than usual. This is due to the global supply chain and shipping issues facing nearly every industry today. The estimates shown are to the best of our knowledge and are regularly updated anytime we receive new information. We care very much about getting your order to you as fast as possible and are making every adjustment we can to make that happen.
If you have purchased an item that is currently on backorder, we are working tirelessly to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once we receive backordered products in our warehouse, orders are shipped to customers in the order in which they were received. Backordered items list the estimated shipping date or time frame at the time of purchase. If there are any major changes to your order’s expected shipping, you will be notified via email.
When making a backorder purchase online, full payment is required for us to hold this item for you. Once the item has become available, your order will ship and be delivered. If you were to cancel your order before it ships, we will issue a full refund.
All items that are purchased as a backorder, are subject to a 30-day return window that begins when the item is shipped, not the purchase date as listed in Blix's standard return policy. All bike shipments require a signature upon delivery. If the estimated FedEx delivery date does not work for you, you can sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager. This allows you to redirect the delivery to one of their participating partner stores or place a temporary hold on the delivery. For a small fee you can also select your delivery time, choose another day, or redirect to another residence.
