Pre-Order FAQ

We know you can’t contain the excitement of being one of the first to ride our new bikes, we can’t either. Here are some details to help understand our pre-order process.


Expected Shipping Date

We estimate to our best ability on when we know our new bike will ship. We list the target date or time frame on the bike pre-order page. Please keep in mind that there are things outside of our control. This means that delays may occur. Should there be any delays to the product's release date, you will be notified via email.


We understand that sometimes timing is critical, so if you wish to cancel your pre-order, please send your request to support@blixbike.com and include your order number. You may also contact our customer service department at 855-655-2549.


Payment for Pre-Order

By placing a pre-order, you are making an advanced purchase which requires full payment. Once the item has become available, your order will ship and be delivered to the local bike shop that has been arranged prior to shipment. Test Ride Before I Buy?

Our pre-order delivery dates apply to our local dealers too. If you’d like to test ride a new bike before purchase, we recommend waiting until the bikes have actually shipped (according to our date provided) and arrange a test-ride with a local dealer near you. Don’t forget, you can pre-order with your local bike shop too! Just ask them for more details.
