Although you may not think about it while you’re cruising on an ebike, a bike ride (or an ebike ride) can be an exerting form of exercise. In order to keep your body healthy and strong, it’s essential to give it the nutrients and food it needs. Here are some foods you should consider eating before, during, and after a bike ride.

On the go
If you’re taking a long bike ride, or have kiddos, it’s important to carry a few snacks with you that are easy to eat on the go. This meal should also contain carbohydrates, and maybe some protein to keep your body going strong. Try out one of these options on your next bike ride.
- Protein/energy bars
- Smoothies
