The Role

As the Inside Sales Agent, you’ll grow and support Blix’s sales efforts with dealers, outside representation, direct customers and commercial partners. From generating leads and advancing our sales process, to reaching company business targets and actively participating in marketing activities, this role is a main player in getting hundreds of thousands of people ready to ride and buy an electric bike on a Blix.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Develop and maximize company sales opportunities
  • Create and nurture strong relationships with dealers, outside sales representation and commercial partners.
  • Support in development and management of new and existing sales programs and promotions
  • Support development and management of tools and tactics for ecommerce channel
  • Manage ongoing communication efforts with dealers, outside sales representation and commercial partners.
  • Forecast, monitor and report on sales trends, customer behaviors, and competition
  • Collaborate with Marketing to best present product knowledge and information in all company assets and events

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in personal transportation
