I bought a Vika+ and it arrived on St. Patrick's Day, just as covid was starting to really happen. I haven't been able to use it as much as I had hoped, but it is very fun and I can't wait to get out there with it more!
When it first arrived, the headlight wouldn't work. I contacted Customer Service, who described a couple of things I could try, and gave me a link to register the warranty and submit for parts, if needed. Being somewhat handy, I cracked open the bike and found that it just wasn't plugged in. Super easy fix, super helpful customer service!!
I have plans to take it out more, mostly when the summer blazing heat is less. Can't wait!!!
