In this position you will be responsible to manage office administrative tasks. You will also interact with customers on the phone and email to provide a top-class customer experience, receive orders, and handle all billing and invoicing.
Who are you?
You have an almost obsessive need to keep all things organized, and a natural tendency to always keep track of to do’s in a timely manner. You like to identify process improvements, and communicating with others. You like being friendly and outgoing, and talking with customers on the phone or email with a strong customer focused mindset. You’re also good with numbers and a strong attention to detail.
